Know
Please read the following information
carefully as the terms and conditions described herein
constitute an agreement between you and those who provide
the service. If you decide to travel with Ski 'N Sun Tours
and make payment on a tour, you thereby agree to accept the
terms and conditions of this contract.
All prices herein are quoted in
Canadian dollars. Prices and information in this brochure
are for the 2007/2008 ski season and are subject to change
without notice.
Goods & Service Tax (GST)
All prices are subject to GST (presently
6%) unless you are traveling to a U.S destination.
Not Included
Goods & Service Tax (6%) and/or
all other applicable taxes, gratuities, alcoholic beverages,
meals, room service or incidentals, items of a personal
nature, hotel incidentals before or after and all other
items not specified in the description of the applicable
tour contained in this brochure.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the
package tour prices for drivers or guides. It is however,
acceptable to recognize good service in a tangible manner.
Cancellation
Policy
If you cancel a confirmed booking,
notification must be received by telephone in the Ski 'N
Sun Tours office. Charges will be based on the date the
cancellation was received. There will be no exception to
any of the charges below. All cancellation charges are
subject to 6 % GST.
Itinerary Changes
A change fee may be assessed to
each change made to the room list 7 days or less prior
to the trip departing. This fee will not be administered
for an addition or upgrade.
Cancellations
60-31 Days prior to trip - Initial
deposit forfeited.
30-14 Days prior to trip - Initial deposit forfeited & late
hotel charges incurred.
14 Days & Under - Full payment will be forfeited.
Refunds
Request
for
refunds
must
be
directed
in
writing to the Ski 'n Sun
Tours office. No
refunds will be
made due to weather
delays or other
acts beyond the
control of Ski
'N Sun Tours. We
regret that NO REFUNDS will be made on unused services.
Supplier's Liabilities
Ski 'N Sun Tours Calgary Inc. acts
as an agent for and makes arrangements with airlines, hotels,
bus lines, ski areas and other independent parties to provide
you with travel services and accommodations. Although great
care is taken to choose suppliers, we are unable to directly
control them and, therefore, we are not responsible for
their acts or omissions. The services provided by these suppliers
are subject to the conditions imposed by the suppliers
and their liability may be limited by their tariffs, conditions
or carriage, international conventions and agreements.
Company Liability
Ski 'N Sun Tours Calgary Inc.
and their respective officers, directors,
servants and agents, are not responsible
for any claims, losses, damages,
costs or expenses arising out of
injury, accident or death, loss damages
or delay or baggage or other property,
or delay inconvenience, loss of enjoyment,
upset, disappointment, distress or
frustration, whether physical, mental
or otherwise.
Documentation
Proof
of citizenship
is necessary
for entry into destinations outside Canada and re-entry
into Canada. Passport, birth certificate, citizenship
card, landed immigrant card and one piece of picture
ID is preferred. |
